What electrical work do you do?
We handle minor jobs that use existing wiring and boxes, such as replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, outlets, dimmers and doorbells. Jobs that need new circuits or wiring through walls should go to a licensed electrician, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
Can you install a ceiling fan?
Yes, where a fixture already exists and the electrical box can support the weight of a fan.
How much do you charge?
Our rate is $100 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum on every job. We'll give you an estimate over the phone before booking
Can you replace a light fixture I bought?
Yes. Bring your own fixture and we'll remove the old one and install the new one on the existing box.

What our electrical service covers
We replace and update what's already there, using your existing wiring and electrical boxes. We turn the power off, swap the fixture, switch or outlet, test that it works, and leave the area clean. We install fixtures you've already bought. Because we work with existing wiring only, we don't add new circuits, run new wires or cut into walls. Those jobs need a licensed electrician, and we'll tell you if yours is one of them.
